It is almost the end of February and as the daylight increases each day, the hoop house plants are growing again after hibernating for the last couple of months.  The baby kale, spinach, mache, arugula, claytonia and lettuce were sweet and fresh.  Great salad for dinner!  This particular day was in the sixties, so it was muddy and awesome.  Check it out!
